How we run things.
Soak N Wet has run water delivery across Ottawa for over a decade. Multiple trucks, multiple drivers, one operator answering the phone. The person who takes your call is the person scheduling your truck. No layers, no transfers, no third-party dispatch.
Call us. A real Ottawa operator picks up, takes your location, volume, and timing, and gives you a price on the same call. We slot you into a delivery window. We show up. Same-day when we can fit it. Emergencies jump the line.
Pool fills in summer, sod and trees through fall, rink builds and emergency well work through winter. The fleet does not sleep, and neither does the phone. Ottawa, year-round, for over ten years.
We do not promise what we cannot deliver. When we say same-day, we show up.
